External Relations Advisor - Social Performance External Relations Advisor - Social Performance Work location: Kraków Job description: The ER Operations Adviser Social Performance (SP) will conduct global monitoring of SP indicators and requirements. This includes data compilation, analysis and validation to inform internal and external reporting. This is an internal facing role requiring constant contact with various stakeholders on different business levels. Social Investment (November to August) Analysis of voluntary and required social investment expenditure and voluntary social investment expenditure by theme Analysis of social and business outcomes looking at trends in outcomes through various lenses (global, regional, business, country, by spend, etc.) Benchmark social investment good practices internally and externally, including areas of focus and investment levels (June to August). Community Feedback and Business Interruptions (Quarterly) Global and regional classification of the number of complaints received by type (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Social, Labour, BICCUS, Other) Global and regional reporting on business interruptions and correlation to community feedback Accountabilities also include: Validation of data with multiple stakeholders and data owners, and quality control of analysis. Timely provision of verified data and analysis for key reports, notably for the Sustainability Report (Feb March), and ad-hoc requests for external communications (e.g. speeches by senior leaders, MTF events). Ad-hoc requests for analysis to support business development decisions and external events. Monitoring the effectiveness of data management tools and informing continuous improvements. Contribute to create awareness and training within the end users in relation to any new tool Requirements: Proven track record in data analysis, information management and digital visualisation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well with others and build strong relationships in a virtual environment across, multiple time zones in different social and cultural contexts. Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload. Working knowledge of Report One (Finance), Salesforce, Power BI, windows applications etc. English min.
